At DF64 Coffee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your precision brewing equipment. If your grinder or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Equipment

  Thoroughly clean all coffee grounds from the burrs and hopper, then pack the unit securely in its original box with all included accessories.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and functionality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
